Response by Company on substantial and relevant questions from shareholders received as of 10.00 a.m. on 19 April 2023 will be published on the Company’s website and the SGX website on (or about) 22 April 2023, and, in any event, no later than 48 hours prior to the deadline for the submission of instruments appointing a proxy(ies).

There will be no option for shareholders to participate virtually.
